Jedan od glavnih razloga toga svakako je cena mesa, jer nam prose\u010dni \u017eivotni standard ne dozvoljava taj luksuz kao deo svakodnevnog menija. Ka\u017eemo na\u017ealost, zato \u0161to je op\u0161tepoznata \u010dinjenica da je gove\u0111e meso znatno zdravije od svinjskog.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160ta je biftek?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Biftek je kvalitetno <a href=\"https:\/\/petruscaffe.com\/de\/jelovnik\/junetina\/\">crveno gove\u0111e meso<\/a>, koje je pri tome i toliko ukusno da je prava avantura za sve sladokusce. To je meso koje mo\u017ee da se pripremi na hiljade na\u010dina, ali je i prili\u010dno osetljivo, tako da je potreban poprili\u010dan oprez i ve\u0161tina kod njegove pripreme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Biftek je specifi\u010dan komad mesa koji se zove file, tj. kare ili pe\u010denica. Da biste uspeli, pored pravilne pripreme presudan je i kvalitet mesa. Sve\u017e ramstek visokog kvaliteta mo\u017eete prepoznati po tamnocrvenoj boji i pro\u0161arano\u0161\u0107u masno\u0107om tako da mu daje izgled posebno finog mermera. Obe karakteristike su pokazatelji sve\u017eine i kvaliteta mesa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pravilna priprema<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pre pe\u010denja gove\u0111eg pe\u010denja, izvadite meso iz fri\u017eidera oko 30 minuta ranije, tako da meso mo\u017ee da dostigne sobnu temperaturu.
